Payment Portal
- Open your preferred UPI payment app (GPay, PhonePe, or BHIM).
- Scan the QR code displayed on the left to initiate the transaction.
- Enter the registration amount as specified in the event guidelines.
- Ensure you save the Transaction ID or reference number after successful payment.
- Attach the payment screenshot in the official registration form under the Evidence section.
Official Rules
Registration is mandatory for all individuals or teams participating in any event. The registration process must be completed exclusively through the official Technovate 2k26 portal.
Participants must carry a valid physical College Identity Card at all times. Failure to produce a valid ID during check-in or event entry will lead to immediate disqualification from the symposium events.
While making online payment, participants are further requested to mention the Symposium Name “TECHNOVATE2k26” with their Event Name and Team name clearly in the Payment Remark (Notes) to enable us to trace your payment in the Bank Statement (e.g. Payment for event name Debate must be mentioned as TECHNOVATE2k26DEBATETEAMHKBK) .
NOTE* : If the payment for registration is done without mentioning the Remarks (notes), the registration will be cancelled and payments made against the registration fee are not refundable.
NOTE* : Participants registering for multiple events must complete separate registration and payment for each event.
Before filling the form, keep the following documents/details ready.
Transaction No./Ref. No./UTR No./UPI No. and upload the payment proof in the google form.
